Detailed below is how we collect, store, and use information that you provide directly to us and information we acquire in other ways.
·Information We Get From You Directly: We get information from you via the following situations: (a) You interact with any of Zebra PayPlus’s checkouts, (b) You provide information via any of the Zebra PayPlus Websites, including any user accounts or other accounts, (c) You take part in any Zebra PayPlus questionnaires, panels, contests, or sweepstakes, (d) You interact or communicate with Zebra PayPlus customer service (via email, phone, courier, fax, web form, and/or mail) and/or (e) You engage in any other electronic or oral conversation with an employee, contractor or agent of Zebra PayPlus. Through these channels, you might provide us with information about you or about the recipient of any merchandise you are ordering and/or having shipped, including, in either case, names, phone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, credit card information, genders, birthdays, marketing preferences, personal interests, and other financial information, including driver’s license numbers, CPF numbers, and passport information.
Cookies and Other Technologies Zebra Payplus Uses

Information Zebra Payplus Uses and Shares
We use and collect your information for legitimate business reasons such as (but not limited to) providing you services, fulfilling your order, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes or improving Zebra PayPlus services.
·Partners and Third Partners Involved in Your Transactions. You may make purchases that involve our partners or third parties, depending on how you interact with Zebra PayPlus. For example, you may make a purchase that involves a partner and third-party website that partnering with Zebra PayPlus to facilitate the order. In such situation, you may initially view products on that partner and third-party website. If this is the case, we may share your personal information with that third party.
·Service Provider. Your personal information may be provided to certain providers by Zebra PayPlus in connection with the fulfillment of your purchase instructions. This includes but is not limited to email service providers to end you emails on our behalf, delivery agents, customer support providers to process the feedback you provide, customs brokers, international revenue authorities and parties involved with fraud management. Zebray PayPlus will always try to limit the provided information to what is reasonably sufficient for those service providers to carry out instructions, and will always subscribe you to any Zebra PayPlus and/or third party marketing messages you opt-in to receive.
·Opting-In With Third Parties or Use of Third Party Features. If and when you opt-in to receive promotional or marketing information, Zebra PayPlus may supply your personal information to third parties. In addition, if and when you use third party items and features that interact with the Zebra PayPlus Websites, including third party applications, third party blogs, third party Social Media Features or items, Zebra PayPlus may provide your personal information to those third parties.
·Zebra PayPlus’s Protection. Zebra PayPlus will disclose your personal information as required by law, when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a court order, judicial proceeding, or legal process, to enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions and other agreements to protect the rights of Zebra PayPlus.
·Business Transitions. In the event that Zebra PayPlus undergoes a business transition, such as an acquisition by another company or a merger, sale of a portion or all of our brands or assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred.
·You Otherwise Consent.Zebra PayPlus may share your information in other ways that you specifically consent to.
·Aggregated Content.Zebra PayPlus may also share “aggregated/blinded” information with our PR agencies, advertising agencies, merchant partners, and other third parties. “Aggregated/blinded” information refers to information that does not contain private information or identifying information, other than information from multiple users that contains only zip codes, purchasing amounts, brands, products, categories, merchants involved, usage, frequency of usage, and timing of transactions.
In addition, should any of the below events occur, certain information in our possession may be transferred to our successor or assign: merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other such events.

·We at Zebra PayPlus take the security of your data very seriously. In order to protect your data, we use a number of current technologies and processes. These include encryption at both the transport and storage level. Despite this, please keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be entirely secure.
Making Choices about Receiving Marketing, Promotional and Other Information
Zebra PayPlus may send you marketing, promotional or other information. In certain cases, we may give you the option to opt-in or opt-out of receiving such information when communicating or interacting with Zebra PayPlus. In other cases, you will not be presented this choice. If you, at any time, choose to opt-out of receiving such information, we will abide by that marketing preference. Moreover, at any time (no matter what you have chosen or informed us of in the past), you may send us an email at email@example.com conveying a marketing preference or updating or requesting the deletion of your personal information -- we will abide by that preference and update your personal information accordingly. We will respond to your requests regarding your personal information within 30 days. You may of course also follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communications you receive from Zebra PayPlus.
If you have previously opted-in to receive marketing, promotional or other information from us or any third party partner, you are still considered to have opted-in to receive such information. Regardless of declining to opt-in to receive such information from Zebra PayPlus or any third party partner at any future time, this action will not be treated as an opt-out for your marketing preference.
·Please note that regardless of your marketing preferences, we may contact you for legitimate business reasons such as to acknowledge, confirm or fulfill any order that you place, or to respond to your questions.

Zebra PayPlus Age Restrictions
·Zebra PayPlus only allows users at or greater than the age of 18 to take part in any of its services. If you are under 18, you may not make purchases from or through Zebra PayPlus or any of its partners, you may not click through to any of our partners’ websites, and you may not take part in any surveys, panels or the like.
Questionnaires, Panels, Contests, or Sweepstakes Conducted By Zebra Payplus
Zebra PayPlus may invite you to participate in questionnaires, panels, contests, or sweepstakes. Participation is not mandatory and you therefore can choose not to share your information by declining to participate. We use this information to notify contest winners, award prizes, monitor website traffic, enhance user experience on Zebra PayPlus Websites, or for other legitimate business reasons.
We may use a third party service provider to develop/execute these questionnaires, panels, contests, or sweepstakes. That company is prohibited from using your personal information for any other purpose without your consent.
